NOt bad, not bad at all. Pretty happy with this overall. I would say you just need more time to make sure its solid.
1-The magic could be much better, and it cannot go around her because of the tree. So next you shoudl find a better way to direct the magic, dont hesitate to do many versions as tests. 2-The tree. That thing is very present in the pic, so it has to look amazing. 3- I dont feel that she is leaning against the tree and the tree seems flat. So you need to work on your light, and values to make sure it feels like a 3d object. 4-BG is nice but again, very present so it has to be amazing. I like the swamp, make it better, and make sure there is a better designed tree in the far back. 5-Her costume is good, but needs much more excitment, patterns, textures, different materials ? Different seems/cuts etc 6-Anatomy, drawing and painting. Its ok but still needs a lot of work. Again faces and hands, skin tones all of that is extremely important. You need to train on that much more. Life studies are the key.
-Work on your speed , become faster so you can do more in less time -Do more life studies so you improve your overall skills -push every aspect of your work, it has to be amazing, even the grass has to look good.
