Homework Assignement Week 07
Hi everyone,
Before we start with the homework, we have an anouncement:
The class will change its hours. It will go from 4pm to 7pm. Instead of 3 to 6.
Here is Week 07's assignement.
Create a Film, TV Show, or Cinematic Key Frame : portraying an Intergalactic Thief in Action. In Cinematic format, go for a simple arrangement, nothing too crazy, just aim to create a scene where one character is performing an action.
You know the drill:
1-Change of deadline!!!! Thursday 1rst of June. At noon.
2-Cinematic Format (16/9 or wider)
3-You can send me a WIP, black and white or color during the week, i will do my best to reply.
4-Check movie still examples.
5-Style and Technic? Your own.
6-Add the classic top and bottom video black bands, to make it more believable.
Again you know the drill, rough illustrations. No crazy polished images. We dont have the time for that. But force yourselves to reach the colored stage this time for training even if it is rough. Try to plan your week better. Time management is a skill you will need all the time ;) This is the 7th week, by now you know about composition, all of you have progressed in drawing, and values. Try to push to color this time as well.
Ok so here are some examples for composition and framing, some have more characters but keep in mind you only have to do one: Again i would advise you to keep it simple, remember you need to have the character performing the action and the background.
