You have a lot of interesting ideas now its how you sell/present them to the industry that will decide how fast you get a job. Too bad its not in color. If i were you i would study the crap out of animatd tv shows and movies. That would be my aim with your style. And heavily stylised games like ninokuni zelda and the like.
